This
made-for-cable bio-pic stars the always delectable Halle Berry
as the title character, who was gorgeous, talented and all-around
messed up. Dandridge was also a full-on sexpot who wore her libido
on her sleeve. Who better than Ms. Berry to play this talented
fox? Halle does a good job of showing the racist hassles that
Dandridge had to put up with, including not being able swim or
sleep in hotels like her white counterparts. Remember, guys, as
hard as it is to believe anyone would kick Halle out of bed, this
is historic fact. Halle gets a chance to relive her Jungle Fever
(1996) roots as she runs through the men--white and black--in
Dandridge’s personal life. When we reach the end of the
Halle-brick road, Dandridge is dead from an overdose of pills.
But luckily Ms. Berry is still going strong!
Fast Forward to: (1:46)
We get to see Halle's Berry beautiful booty while lying dead on
the floor. Ass up, face down . . . now if only she were alive!
Skinfo: Dandridge
was the first black woman to receive an Academy Award nomination
for Best Actress, for the sexy Carmen Jones (1954). Halle would
become the first black actress to actually win the Best Actress
Oscar for her Billy-Bob-bangin' performance in Monster's Ball
(2002).
